
Clear Alpha Channel – deletes the information of the
32-bit bitmap’s alpha channel.
This is useful for removing the spoiled alpha channel images of
bitmaps, created in Paint Window.

The
example above shows a bitmap, created in Paint Window, which has a
spoiled alpha channe.

Some times, when you create a 32-bit bitmap in Paint Window, the
bitmap’s alpha channel is spoiled.
This spoiled alpha channel can cause undesired results as a
consequence of further operations.
To assure that this will not happen, you have to use Clear Alpha
Channel command and thus delete
the alpha channel’s information. .
