Invert Selection – there are
three ways of using this command to achieve different results:
Selects sprites that are not selected
in the Score.
In this case Invert Selection keeps the selected channels in the
inverted selection and includes
the non-selected channels between them (empty or not).
The inverted selection covers the channels of the originally
selected sprites between, but not along, their frames (fig.
1).
1. In Director Score, select a frame or frames.
2. In ScoreCommander/Sprites/Select Sprite, click the
Invert Selection icon.
With Ctrl key hold down –
selects all the non-selected sprites in the Score.
In this case the inverted selection covers the channels of the
originally
selected sprites, but not along their frames.
It also covers the rest of the channels in the Score (empty or not)
lengthwise (fig. 2).
With Ctrl + Shift hold down –
selects all of the originally non-selected sprites in the Score
(fig. 3).
